I made myself a welcoming and great entrance in 2012 which found me in Lincoln, Uk in a pretty English pub surrounded by ~by far~ prettier and nicer folks than me!
I had a great time there and as sweet memories are not allowed to pass us by so easily all I want is to show to you some pictures of this very traditional place I’ve spent Christmas and New Years’ Eve. Maybe some of you didn’t have the chance to experience a British pub. I did!…. and I have got many pictures too so that I can satisfy your curiosity (if any!).
While I have to add that I’m not a heavy drinker (or heavy, or drinker at all! )- and I have plenty of witnesses to testify for me, I now present you The Queen in the West!!!

It may seem empty from these pictures but I assure it was not. It was full all the times I was there – I got the chance to be there after closing or at the daily opening so that I took the pictures then! I didn’t want to disturb the clients because, as we all know, English are very discrete! 🙂
The Queen in the West is that kind of pub that has its’ regular clients! You know, like in those scenes from American sitcoms, the only difference is that this was very British and it’s for real!
For the sake of advertising it I recommend you pay a visit there! 🙂
